How long has MMAWear.co.za been around?
Since the begining of the professional inception of SA MMA, since November 2009.
Are my credit card details safe?
Yes. We know this is a worry for some folk, especially first-timers. But, all we can say is yes, they're safe. All credit card transactions take place on a secure page through our third party payment provider - they no their business and we know ours. No credit card details are stored.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Best case scenario, about 3-4 days. But sometimes things happen that are completely as irritating to us as they are to you, in that case we will notify you.
Do you have a newsletter?
Yep we do. you can sign up and receive our monthly newsletters. Sign up is on home page
What do I do if I don't receive my package?
Relax, take it easy and send us a mail - we are covered and as such, so are you, full refund or another order will be sent. We go away and beat up the courier company.
Is there a warranty on the products?
It depends on the brand that you've purchased, but in most cases there is. The warrantee is usually listed on the product page, but if you have any questions just send us a mail.
Does returning products purchased online work the same as in normal shops?
Yes. Unless you are returning your product out of buyer's remorse. If you simply change your mind, but we delivered what you ordered - we suggest you sell it on Gumtree. Free delivery doesn't grow on trees (we wish it did).
What if you send me the wrong thing?
That never happens. Jokes. We are humans, not machines. If we have delivered the wrong product, a faulty product, or have misrepresented the offering with an incorrect picture or description - we'll humbly accept we've slipped up and resolve the situation speedily with a replacement or full refund.
You don't have what I'm looking for - what now?
We are really good at this, send us a mail, let us know what you looking for and let us scour the globe trying to find you the best price.
